15- At the top of the library, click on the little folder with the arrow to go back to the list of folders in Poses again, scroll down a bit and double-click on the folder Aiko Power This contains poses that were specifically made for Aiko.

16- Make sure your Figure 1 is selected again under the document window, select a pose and click on the little check thingie...

And now I need a break... ;) Just in case something comes up and you have to close your puter before I can come back for more, save what you have done so far, click file/save as... give it a name and save it where you want so later on when you start Poser again, you can just go to file/open, select this file we'll be back where we left off...
